Shipping policy

All our products are delivered using Royal Mails 2nd Class Small Parcel Service.

Upgraded & worldwide delivery options are available for a surcharge as shown prior to checkout.

Your order will be despatched within 3 working days of ordering unless you have ordered over 20 bars.

For larger orders please contact us to avoid a delay of up to 4 weeks for delivery of your order.

We use Royal Mail, and although over 98% of orders are received within 7 working days of despatch, some orders can take longer.

Your order is not classed as late or missing until 14 working days have elapsed from the date of despatch.

We define working days as Monday to Friday only & exclude all Bank Holidays.
